Laura Bowen

After 13 years working her way from Customer Service Advisor to Manager, then Operations Analyst for an international Homewares company Laura took a career break to focus on her husband and young son.  Now, almost 16 years since she started her career in an administrative role at All Aces she is delighted to return to the family business, to put her passion for problem solving and Process Innovation to good use. A self-confessed Excel nerd she loves building processes and finding ways to help and support the team by having processes work for them and not the other way around.
